FACILITIES

Our Lab has the following equipment:

• SHS reactors (under pressure of 0.1 — 10 MPa). See photo

• Various centrifugal machines operating in the range between — 40 and 1000 g. See photo
  .
• Equipment for video recording of combustion process and for measuring combustion temperature and burning velocity

Using this equipment, we can study the influence of different factors (initial mixture compositions, reagents dispersion, gas pressure, centrifugal force, infiltration of liquid and gaseous components) on front mode, burning velocity, combustion temperature, composition of products, etc.
