There are two hotels pre-booked at the disposal of the EPNM 2014 attendees:

The hotel booking proceeds via the registration form. Please download the form, fill it in and email it directly to the hotel staff; email address and other contact details are given in the form.

The deadline for registration is the 25th of March 2014.

With regards to cancelations policy:

Hotel reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee equivalent to one night’s rate for all reservation cancelled between 2nd May and 9th May 2014.
Reservations cancelled 10th May or after that day or in case of no-show are subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to the room charge of the entire stay.
