Allerton Press, Inc., founded in 1971, publishes English translations of scientific and technical journals and books emanating from Russia, China, and Japan, as well as original titles in new or rapidly advancing disciplines (http://www.allertonpress.com/).

At the meeting held in Moscow, the sides discussed the current problems of the journal, such as subscription, circulation, advertisement, popularization, etc. Over past 13 years, Int. F. SHS published above 500 communications, it has its subscribers in a dozen countries worldwide. Nowadays, great contribution to normal functioning of the Journal in being provided by Dr. A.S. Rogachev, Scientific Secretary, N.I. Bulavina, Translator, and А.V. Ehnman, Technical Secretary (all of ISMAN).
